About Lance Mixon
Optimal Criminal Defense through Knowledge & Preparation
“Not Guilty.” These powerful words are not only one of the verdicts that can be achieved in a criminal trial, but they are also spoken every single day across America. By and large, most people charged with crimes begin their courtroom journeys with their attorneys entering pleas of Not Guilty. No matter how good, bad, or ugly the circumstances may be, anyone accused of a crime is presumed innocent and the burden is on the government to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
In the legal profession, there are attorneys who take criminal defense cases. And there are criminal defense attorneys. There is a difference.
Lance Mixon is a criminal defense attorney whose law practice is dedicated solely to defending people accused of crimes. His professional philosophy is grounded in the principle that everyone deserves a chance to challenge the government’s case, to level the playing field, to discover if there is a way to overcome the situation, and to get the best individualized results based on the unique facts of the case.

There is genius in persistence. It conquers all opposers. It gives confidence. It annihilates obstacles. Everybody believes in a determined man. People know that when he undertakes a thing, the battle is half won, for his rule is to accomplish whatever he sets out to do.
